Add a new Employer

Create and add employers. Employers represent a business or entity that has employees and is offering an enrollment period for benefits.

Note: We only support up to 100 records per request for bulk creation.

If multiple employers are created at once, there is no partial success of the request. Either the request succeeds and all employers are created, or the request fails and no employers are created.
